Swaiso

Swaiso is a simple warming up exercise that rejuvenates and invigorates the body. Mr. Tavaria has modified the original swaiso exercise from Taoist Yoga. He added a technique of rhythmic breathing to make the exercise very powerful. This exercise dissolves stiffness and stress helping the body to remain young and healthy. It improves circulation, concentration, memory, creativity and enhances our efficiency and performance. It also increases our power of intuition.

The word swaiso means to swing to get rid of our negative emotions, prejudices and unwanted habits.

Usually the upper parts of our bodies are usually overactive. This is mainly because most of the vital organs are in the upper part. The lower half being below the navel and the legs. This leads to a buildup of tension leads to fatigue, our heads feel heavy and we feel drained of energy.

By doing the swaiso the heaviness shifts from the upper parts of our bodies to the lower part. Tensions are released and we experience a feeling of well being and happiness.

Purpose:

Nadi Shudhi.

Method:

Stand up with leg apart. While inhaling raise your both hands above head in straight position and while exhaling through the mouth forcefully bring down the hands and take them backside. Do it continuously for one minute. This exercise can be done on empty stomach twice a day. The practice of this exercise is recommended at the rate of 36 cycles per minute with the music.

Instructions:

  • Stand up; Time: 1 Min – 36.
  • 1, 2, 3 – Hands forward.
  • 4, 5 Hands backwards and Up.

Alternative Breathing

Purpose:

Activate Pruthvi Tatva.Brings good Health and Happiness.

Instructions:

  • Breath from 1 and Out of Other.
  • 1, 2, 3 - Breath from 1.
  • 5, 6 - Out of Other then 1, 2, 3 breath.
  • 5, 6 – Out of Other.

Golden Nugget

Purpose:

To Spiritually awaken the dormant brain.Deals with the Perenium, from where the prana energy flows through the body.

Method:

  • Empty the Lungs. One hand to pull the abdomen below the navel inwards as much as possible. Should be tried initially for ten seconds. Then increase timing gradually to 40 seconds.

Instructions:

  • Hold Down Abdomen with Breath Out for 40 Seconds.
  • Then Start Fast Shallow Breathing For 20 seconds and go upto 2 min 20 seconds – Total 3 Min.

Omkar

Purpose:

Complete Journey of Health and Spirituality. Different Sounds Have Different powers--use them effectively.

Method:

  • Start from the Mouth with AH – Goes to the Mind with OM.
  • Omkar – 6 Parts.
  • #1 – A, #2 - U, #3 – M, #4 – Tivra Ma (Sharp M), #5 – Bindu (Shanti) #6 – Half Chandra.

Instructions:

  • AH – 5 sec – Stomach Vibrate.
  • O 1\2 N – 5 Sec – Chest vibrates.
  • M – go as long as you can –Throat Vibrates.
  • After 6 months – Let M go all the way to the Top (Sharp Sound). Half Chandra (not in our power to do).
