Rajen has spoken on several topics across the world in his endeavor to share his knowledge. Some of the topics on which he frequently speaks on are listed below.

3 Step Rhythmic Breathing

Keeping our body and minds healthy through natural rhythmic breathing. Using our breath to heal disease and transform stress and negativity into positive healing energy which can be used for our growth and development. Omkar

Omkar is a complete spiritual journey. By the use of the syllables in the mantra Om we take the energy from the bottom of the spine to the top of the head which is its Source. Understand the technique in detail and the philosophy behind it.

Events

Life is a continuous series of events. Some bring pleasure, others pain. Understand the hidden causes which go into attracting the events into our lives.

Self-Observation

The purpose behind taking birth is to find and realize our true self. This requires a purification & transformation of our lower psychic nature. For this the lower psychic nature has to be observed over a long period of time. This process starts with the technique of Self Observation. Understand this technique in details.

The law of the Pendulum

Everything in life is a movement between two poles. We see the Law of the pendulum in nature as in the change of seasons from summer to winter and back again. Even our moods and feelings swing from positive to negative, happiness to sadness. Understand in detail this external law.

Law of Octaves

All creation is a result of the manifestation of 3 forces. These forces work according to a law. This law has been taken from the musical scale. Understand the workings of this law called Law of Octaves.

Conscious Journey from Life to After Life (Conscious Death)

In life we experience different energies. The energy of thought, that of feeling, that of sex, and that of the epitome of life called as Death. Understand death and what it means to die consciously.

Gayatri Mantra

The process of creation is not static. It is a continuous process and at every moment the three universes are being created from the womb of the mother. To be able to understand and partake this process is what the Gayatri Mantra is all about. Gaya means to sing. Any creation means pain. The birth of the universe means the pain of labor. To overcome pain and sing, ‘gaya’ the song of life is Gayatri. She is the mother who looks after her child every moment not shielding him from the pain and suffering of life but teaching him to rise above it.

Navkar Mantra

The navkar is a very powerful mantra. Correct manipulation of its syllables can overcome the lower psyche & dissolve the ego. The power of the mantra hits the Kundalini energy making it rise up the backbone to the crown of consciousness.

Hanuman Chalisa

Hanuman Chalisa is wonderful poem by Goswami Tulsidas. The poem starts with a doha, where the poet says he has cleaned his mind with the dust of his Guru’s feet. In the mind of Hanumanji it became a two-faced mirror. One side reflected life and in the other he saw Ram, Sita, and Lakshman. Here the technique of double arrowed attention is being talked about; the disciple aims one arrow of attention on the events of life and the other towards his reactions to them, leading to a state of self-observation and witnessing.

The poet says he was without intelligence, in a state of darkness called ‘buddhi-heen’, from which he awakens by remembering ‘sumirau Pavan Kumar’ or son of the wind. Each moment we live in the darkness of our hypnosis to the events of life. To awaken from this and realize our aim, Mr. Rajen Vakil shares his perspective on the poem and how to apply for our own growth, maturity and elevating our level of consciousness.

Patanjali's Yoga Sutra

The Yoga Sutra is a manual of instructions. In precise, small and scientific aphorisms Rishi Patanjali explains the whole spiritual map. What is the Body Brain System – what takes it to the higher levels of consciousness as how it sinks into the hypnosis of life. What obstacles come in the way and how can they be overcome.

Patanjali prescribes adherence to eight "limbs" or steps (the sum of which constitute "Ashtanga Yoga") to quiet one's mind and achieve kaivalya. The Yoga Sutras form the theoretical and philosophical basis of Raja Yoga, and are considered to be the most organized and complete definition of that discipline. The Sutras not only provide yoga with a thorough and consistent philosophical basis, they also clarify many important esoteric concepts which are common to all traditions of Indian thought, such as karma.

Mahabharat

The Mahabharata is one of the oldest epic tales; it tells the story of a great family war. There are two ways of looking at Mahabharata – the first is that of an event which took place many thousands of years ago, and the other analogous of something happening every moment in our lives.

The Mahabharata can bring to light in the darkness of our sub conscious and unconscious minds. It is a work manual for all those who want to be free of the reactions, prejudices, habits and attitudes that lie in our psychic structure. By unravelling the hidden secrets of this magnum opus we can elevate our consciousness and realize the aim of our spiritual journey.

Arjun Vishad Yog (1st Chapter of the Geeta)

In all of us the inner atma or divine fragment lies in a small chakra called the bindu. The purpose of life is to communicate with this inner divine fragment which we call Krishna. The life of Sri Krishna is full of live symbology which shows us the path to reach this inner divinity. That is how we can merge our souls with Krishna.

The first chapter of the Gita is beautiful description of our inner psychic structure. It is teemed with colorful symbology and understanding of it leads to a deep revelation about ourselves.

So by combining the life of Sri Krishna with the first chapter we can understand what our inner journey is and how to walk on the path of sadhna.

Gopi Geet

Krishna has suddenly disappeared. Gopis are desperately trying to find him. And then they observe Krishna's footsteps towards Vrindavan. But wait a minute; there is one more pair of footsteps. For sure some Gopi is with Krishna. The Gopis are jealous and furious. In that state of mind the Gopis are pleading Krishna to come afore.

Gopi Geet is a set of 19 shlokas (verses) which Gopis have sung to please Krishna. These 19 shlokas are packed with the wisdom from Vedas. These bring emotional transformation for Gopis – from the inferior emotions of the jealousy, the anger, the doubtfulness to the superior emotions of renunciation and devotion.
